Application for duplicate Licence.

1. The applicant must register in the WPC website (www.wpc.dot.gov.in) and file their
application on line.

2. The applicant should send by Post the Acknowledgement slip of the on line submission along
with Demand Draft and other documents.

3. The fee is as follows: Rs.100

5. The demand draft shall be from State Bank of India drawn in favour of “PAO (HQ) DOT”
payable at Service Branch No. 7687, New Delhi.

6. The following documents shall accompany the application:

1. Acknowledgement slip of the on line submission
2. Photocopy of Licence (if available)
3. Photocopy of Renewal card (if available)
4. Demand Draft with name written on overleaf
5. Self addressed unstamped envelope 23 cm x 15 cm
6. Original Copy of the FIR registered with police

7. The application must be sent preferably by Registered with acknowledgement due /
