Develop a master plan concept and clarify project scope. Provide input into a
multi-year process in establishing a controlled and well-communicated master pla

Execute all physical project work (i.e. installation and construction)

Monitors efficiency of the manufacturing processes and utilities to ensure that
the operation will maintain its technical competitiveness and that products are
manufactured at the lowest possible cost.
Supervises and directs the activities of the direct reports: Maintenance on Mec
hanical / Electrical & Instrumentation Heads, Project Engineers, Energy and Envi
ronment Officers and Engineering Maintenance Planner Coordinator.
Reviews and prepares Capital Project and Maintenance & Repair Expenditure Budge

ures that proper inventory is maintained for all equipment and materials needed

tle Switzerland for a period of six (6) months.
Installation and commissioning of a Power Plant with the following features:
Engine-Generator with a capacity of 6.778 mWe Heavy and Light Fuel oil fired c
omplete with auxiliaries with a tri- generation waste heat boiler and hot water
recovery system for two and single stage Lithium-bromide vapor absorption refrig
eration system.
Assists the Project Site Manager in the design, sizing, and installation of oth
er services and utilities required in the project.

l distribution, Refrigeration/Chilled plant, Compressed air and Inert Gas plant,
Wastewater treatment plant and land based Diesel fired engine generator Power p

Ensures that all Industrial Services equipment and facilities meet all governme
nt regulations. .
Coordinates with the Factory Engineer on short term and long-term project and
master plan preparation.

Nestle Cagayan De Oro Factory: Coffee Extension Project - Major upgrading of Ind
ustrial services/utilities equipment and piping in coffee processing.
Nestle Pullilan Factory: Mug Noodle and line expansion project -Installation and
commissioning of Maxi herm boiler (9.0 tons/hr) including auxiliaries.
Nestle Lipa Factory: Upgrading of Power Plant -Transfer, installation and commis
sioning of two (2) units Deutz diesel Generator set including its auxiliaries.
Nestle Alabang Factory: UHT/HTST Project Upgrading of utilities and services pi
ping. Sizing, specification and installation of Air handling unit and Design of
ducting for plastic bottled filling line.
Nestle Marikina Factory: Industrial Services Assessment Complete general evaluat
ion including assessment and recommendation for industrial services and power ca
pacity of the plant.
Completed Nestle piping standard (TMN 240.00) as corporate piping engineer of
the market
February 1992- Senior Piping Engineer: Parsons International Limited Design

Reports to Head Piping Engineer.
Designs and lay outs piping for oil refinery and power plant projects.
Conducts field surveys for checking actual installation.
Conducts pipe stress analyzes on all completed layout and design and recommends
piping route as required.
Specifies piping and fittings requirement based on piping specification documen
ts. Prepares Bill of Material according to completed isometric drawings.
Acts as a piping checker on completed draft design isometric drawings
for all piping design requirements of the project.
Assists and support project engineers in the field installation as needed.
