SCOPE OF WORK
 
1.      Compliance to Plantsite Mobilization Check Sheet Procedures.
2.      Safety Orientation.
3.       Full Compliance to Plantsite Safety Policies and Regulations.
B.  Scaffolding Works (by the contractor)

C.  Scope of Works

The scope of works are from Inlet Nozzle to Outlet Nozzle of ESP and form the top of roof until
the hopper gate valve, excluding transmit tank and conveyor system.
1.      Conduct kick – off meeting with winning Contractor;
2.      Comply with the necessary safety permits, clearances and tagging;
3.      Mobilize manpower, tools and equipment;
4.      Site inspection and work orientation of personnel;
5.      Complete cleaning of EP’S internals and outside including Hopper Systems (if Hoppers are
full of dust, emptying, cleaning of Hoppers and hauling for the dust are contractor’s scope;
6.      Cutting portions on top roofing (Cold & Hot Roof), Field 1, 2, 3 & 4;
7.      Dismantle Rapping Bars of Collecting Electrodes (C. E.);
8.      Dismantle Collecting Electrodes (C. E.) from 1st to 4th fields;
9.      Dismantle Discharge Electrodes (D. E.) from 2nd to 4th fields;
10.  Hauling and positioning of cratesr with Collecting Electrodes (C. E.);
11.  Install new Collecting Electrodes (C. E.) from 1st to 4th fields;
a.       Huck bolts on C.E. Inlet: 2496 sets;
b.      HT bolts on C.E. 2nd to 4th fields: 624 sets;
12.  Install new Discharge Electrodes (D. E.) from 2nd to 4th fields;
13.  Install C.E. Rapping Bars and Guide Plates;
14.  Align Collecting Electrodes (C. E.) and Discharge Electrodes (D. E.);
15.  Check bearings for Rapping Hammer Shaft and replace worn out items;
16.  Check D.E. Rapping System, replace D.E. Rapping mechanisms if needed, build up, worn
out rapping anvils.
17.  Align C. E. and D.E. Rapping mechanism and replace missing hammers;
18.  Check/repair hot purging air system;
19.  Replace deteriorated insulation and cladding on casing and roof top (if there’s any).
20.  Inspect casing and repair of deteriorated casing, steel structure if necessary and repairing
before restoring the insulation.
21.  Assist in servicing all electrical parts, cabling, and control system; Check and clean support
insulator, bushing insulator and shaft insulator; Replace broken Insulator if any.
22.  Painting jobs on the roof, ducting of Purge Air Systems, Insulator exposed, Insulator
housing, T/R sets, etc.
23.  Replace defective rapper insulators with bushing, discharge electrodes bearings, support
insulator, bushing insulator, shaft insulator, link mechanism, DE hammer, CE hammer protection
conduit, sliding piece and drive train reconditioning.
24.  Housekeeping and Demobilization.
