Operational oversight for Raleigh and Charlotte offices for an international IT
Consulting firm.
Responsible for reporting on all key metrics including trends, billable utilizat

of $18,000,000 with a micro analysis by consultant and project. Drill down mont
hly on all P&L entries. Designed forecasting tool for greater accuracy and init

Managed an office of the transportation division, which provides traffic signal
installation to NCDOT.
Project Management and Billing responsibilities encompassed tracking and billing
work installed and invoicing stored materials, initiating subcontract agreement
s, maintaining a subcontractor log, updating revenue reports,
approving subcontractor invoicing, reviewing daily field reports/time sheets for
tracking both payroll and production units, creating change orders for back cha

ded recruiting, interviewing and terminating employees as well as processing cha
