Manager Network Operations / Managed Service Centers 2005 to 2008
Led daily operations of Enterprise Network Operations Center and Managed Service

gineers and 15 Managed Service Center operators. Reviewed and assisted with all
technical escalations, providing high-level support for both internal and exter
nal clients. Integrated Enterprise Network Operations Support Center by impleme
nting network management system tools and identifying / hiring Tier I / II / III

rvice Providers and greater than 2,000 field technicians. Organized internal inf
rastructure to support 11,000 enterprise service dispatches per year and develop

Designed, implemented, and supported enterprise information technology network o
