Managed all pricing and supply chain issues for the Dell and Intel accounts incl
uding directing seven international manufacturing facilities' material profit an
d loss, budgets, and pricing, generating $650 million in annual sales.
* Started as the Materials Analyst for the Global Account Supply Chain (GASC) Ma
nager on the Dell account. Developed and implemented a pricing protocol across
six manufacturing facilities resulting in the account going from a negative to 1
8% profit margin.
* Maintained complete supply assurance during two back-to-back 100% monthly dema
nd upsides and demonstrated "can do" spirit to get parts delivered on time to ke
ep the lines of production running.
* Within eight months of starting, was promoted to GASC Manager for Dell and sub
sequently for Intel account (company's two key clients). Managed and coordinate
d logistics, supply costs, sales pricing and supply assurance for manufacturing
facilities located overseas.
NEW WORLD VENTURES 1997 - 2001
