SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Business Operation Management
Established relationships, corresponded, and worked with Vice President of a bil
lion dollar company, store managers, buyers, vendors, subcontractors and small b
usiness owners by treating everyone in the same professional and friendly manner
.
Reduced Expenditures by breaking down all areas of the organization into parts a
nd identifying wasteful spending and or unnecessary costs. I begin by looking at
the stores budget to find areas that can be cut out completely or considerably
trimmed back. I then List every expense the business incurs, all the way down to
cash register paper, and then determine where we can save money.
Understands Comp-Sales and its advantages, while working with the Vice President
of a billion dollar company we comped stores on a daily, weekly, and monthly ba
ses; it allowed for us to measure productivity in revenues and make immediate ad
justments. In many cases there were positive comparative increases after retrai
ning departments or stores.
Increase sales and client loyalty I assess, to define the highest potential oppo
rtunities to improve performance. Collaborate, to define a realistic and practic
al solution. Customize, to ensure relevance and impact that this initiative fit
s. Implement, to successfully deploy solutions. Sustain, to develop ongoing resu
lts tracking and reinforcement. I usually use comparative-sales to track or meas
ure these results.
Inventory Planning I always prepare the warehouse to make sure that all material
s/products are in their proper places and can be clearly identified. It is very
important to me to keep this area clean, I make sure all shelves and locations h
ave labels. I make sure daily, that I Identify damaged discounted and obsolete c
lasses of items. In doing this, I create just-in-time customer service. I create
a win-win situation for the customer and the organization.
