PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
*
Support DNS, WINS, DHCP and Active Directory for over 75 Domain
Controllers.
*
Maintain Active Directory infrastructure to ensure two domain
controllers and Exchange servers for each child domain are
replicating domain partitions.
*
Create off-site networks (building servers, connecting to switches
that have been uplinked via T1 connections, giving users' desktops
access to NFL resources, etc.) for NFL events such as the Super Bowl,
Pro Bowl, NFL Draft, and owners meetings.

Install and configure desktop and laptop computers and servers,
including print and file servers, Exchange servers, SQL Servers, and
web servers.

Perform troubleshooting, fault isolation and network problem
analysis on communications equipment and software, such as routers,
bridges, LAN switches and remote access devices.

Maintain positive relationship with 32 Information Technology
departments to ensure all IT teams are adhering to NFL policy.

Utilize CommVault to back up all servers, scheduling and monitoring
daily backups and ensuring full tapes are exported and new tapes are
imported into tape library.

Scan over 200 servers using Shavlik HFNetCHKPro to identify and
schedule necessary patches, hot fixes, and service packs updates.
*
Employ MOM2005, SolarWinds, and Active Directory tools to identify
lack of disc space or WAN connections that are down, in order to
prevent system downtime before it occurs.
*
Schedule reconditioning of RAID Controller batteries and server
recycling.
*
Create documentation for all procedures, backups, game day
statistics, user creation, personal and department share creation,
and server builds for datacenter staff.
*
Manage the remote support of 250 clients using proprietary proxy
software
*
Installed software, hardware, and peripheral devices.

Troubleshot PC and modem problems in single-user and network
environments.

Coordinated with Information Systems department for Windows NT
rollout to over 110 branches, including Y2K testing, system upgrade,
domain controller configuration for WAN, and end-user support.

rollout over tri-state area, including systems upgrade and TCP/IP
configuration at branches.

Performed Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for over 400 end
