PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
Bud has more than 20 years of Sales and Marketing experience in senior leadershi
p roles supporting a variety of industries working in both medium and large size
companies. He is known for his solid leadership skills in building and developi
ng strong sales teams which generate revenue, and build client confidence. Bud
has managed sales team ranging in size from 4 to over 30 direct employees and up
wards of over 20 manufacturing rep firms throughout the United States. In addit
ion, he has global experience with relationships in Asia, Europe, Canada, and Me
xico.
The past 11 years his expertise has been in the HR Consulting, PEO, Staffing and
Recruiting industries. Here he has managed diverse sales teams throughout Cali
fornia, Nevada, Colorado, and Utah. His expertise in this arena includes; manag
ing multiple sites, business development, relationship building and maintaining,
office operations, opening new offices, start up experience, hiring, training a
nd developing various employees in a wide array of positions including field sal
es, management and inside sales.
Bud has had diverse site management experiences in various locations throughout
the United States and was a member of the International HR Committee supporting
Asia, Mexico and Europe. He has facilitated and designed multiple management and
employee development programs, business plans and white papers. His HR experti
se consists of generalist experience being knowledgeable in all aspects of the H
R department. In addition, selling HR services is not new to him as well. In th
is arena he has sold HR products such as benefits, performance management module
s, compensation, staffing, training, payroll, workers compensation and software
modules.
Accomplishments and Work Experience
Nolte Associates/Nolte HR (2004-Present) Vice President, Sales
- Developed and built HR Consulting business, from ground up, $10m
- Technical and Engineering staffing services. $15m in revenue.
- Oversee field sales ( 2 teams of 4), inside sales/Marketing (team of6)
BBSI (2001-2004) Area Manager, Sales-HR-Operations (PEO)
- Increased revenue from $2m to over $45m, opened two new offices.
- Responsible for payroll, benefits, workers compensation, risk/safety, ER, poli
cy/procedures,, staffing and all other HR services. (Managed a field team of 8,
inside operations team of 12)
Dunhill Professional Search (1999-2001) President-Sales
- Start up search firm focusing on full time and contract recruiting
- Grew business from start up to an office of 4 and $1m in fees
Agilent Technologies (OSI) (1996-1999) Vice President Sales/Admin.
- Responsible for sales and administration for three divisions, consisting of sa
les, marketing, HR, IT, safety, security, admin.
- Managed inside sales, call center, sales and client training for telecommunica
tions software. Managed a direct team of 20 and over $70m in revenue.
Degussa Electronics (1990-1996) Vice President of Sales/Marketing
- Responsible for Global sales for products manufactured in Europe and Asia.
- Increased revenue from $5 to $60 million
- Opened and managed multiple offices (Managed a direct team of 30+ and over 20
manufacturing reps)
