SAMPLE ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Northrop Grumman, Jupiter Icy Moons Orbiter Program: Successfully redesigned all
art and word processing templates to meet proposal specifications. Also redesig
ned the monthly reports into a more professional package. All documents and art
produced during the Research and Development phase required no reformatting, ena
bling the $5 billion proposal phase to run smoothly eventually resulting in Nort
hrop being awarded the contract. Received an impact award from the Department He
ad for work done on the Down Select phase of the project.
Boeing Aerospace, Mars Landing Project: Ensured that the proposal was delivered
to Jet Propulsion Laboratory on time, requiring several 24-36 hour shifts. Many
engineering issues required last minute changes and threatened the delivery. The
proposal was delivered one hour before deadline. Received an impact award from
the Proposal Manager.
Rocketdyne, Five Concurrent Proposals: Two days before proposals had to be deliv
ered a corporate-wide virus hit Boeing and all computers had to be shut down imm
ediately. Immediately took steps to download all necessary files to one computer
and continued working without a network. This enabled the team to complete all
proposals on time and saved Rocketdyne millions of dollars.
Developed an art template and style guide for presentations that met Government
specifications. Trained team members on how to use the templates to ensure rapid
production of proposals.
Developed a computer archive system for video and audio files, which greatly red
uced storage space requirements.
Outstanding service recognized by the Army Commendation Medal, the Army Achievem
ent Medal and the Humanitarian Service Medal.
