A Space Planning and Conceptual Design:
Space planning for projects ranging from 3,000 to 120,000 SF; high-end corporate
interiors, tenant fit-out, custom residential and light industrial design. Rang
e of projects include: yoga center, industrial loft renovation, historic preserv
ation and sustainable custom home renovations. Hand-sketched concept design as w
ell as multi-dimensional graphic conceptual design using 3D Sketchup and AutoCAD

B Primary Client Contact:
Responsible for weekly project updates to client and consultants. Primary contac
t along with managing partner for client. Conducted design review meetings with
client as well as weekly site meetings with GC and subs. Responsible for meeting
with various facilities managers at regional hospitals, national insurance comp
anies and bank clientele.
C Marketing Presentations:
Prepared documents for award submissions, AIA convention presentations and marke
ting graphics utilized by marketing consultants. Most work using Adobe Photoshop
and PDF graphics. Documenting design progress for marketing purposes. Reviewed
and edited, as requested, RFP's and proposals.
D Construction Documents:
Prepared construction documents for a variety of custom commercial and high-end
residential projects: detailed wall sections, hiring millwork specialists for cu
stom windows and doors, plans, RCP, lighting specifications, window and door sch
edules along with all necessary plumbing, electrical schedules. Prepared finish
selections, finish boards and specifications for each project.
E MEP Coordination:
Point of contact for all engineering consultants: responsible for submitting and
responding to RFI between mechanical, electrical and plumbing contractors and a
ll consultants & engineers. Compiled permit and bid sets with all relative struc
tural information. Experience coordinating with Construction Management consulta
nts on a large projects; 2.3 million dollar historic restoration project on the
North Shore.
F Code Review:
Compiled initial code review matrix/action items. Established rapport with revie
wing code official and prepared all necessary documents for variance boards, his
torical commission and preliminary code compliance submissions. Hired code speci
alists as necessary.
G Project Budgets and Scheduling:
Utilized Excel spreadsheet to create initial pricing matrix, project schedules a
nd maintaining weekly spreadsheet of team production hours, task and tracked bil
lable hours. Fast-track scheduling and primary site supervision role. Responsibl
e for issuing design changes, adenda and processing change orders as required. C
oordinated with interiors department.
H On-Site Construction and General Administration:
Maintained project manual and recorded weekly site meeting minutes; provided cla
rifications, maintained contact database, reviewed change orders, processed appl
ication for payments. On-site for projects ranging from small commercial retail
space, boutique hotel to highly custom commercial design. Provided final punch l
ist and project close-out dosuments; ensured final punch list items were carried
out to client expectations.
I Proposal Writing:
For my own company ECO logistic, prepared proposals for over 78 of my own renova
tion and interiors projects over the past five years.
J Interior Architecture:
Worked with OE Corporate Interiors to provide systems furniture pricing and docu
mentation using their proprietary CAD program. Interior design for various clien
tele including Yoga Center, modern commercial office renovation, historic renova
tion and several churches.

Ambassador for the Emancipation Network
Designer for the Amesbury PRC; Park Renovation Committee reviving, restoring a p
ark in historic Amesbury. Community Build project date June 2012.
Designer and Planner for Amesbury Elementary School Fitness park. Winner of the
2010 AEFI grant to reduce and eliminate childhood obesity and promote health.
