Global Director, Enterprise Applications
Reported to the CIO, responsible for delivering enterprise-wide
SAP Business Warehouse, Microsoft MOSS2007 and SAP global
applications business solutions and value to 2,100 users in 48
locations across North America, Latin America, Europe, and
Asia-Pacific.
* Spearheaded the development and execution of the enterprise
application strategy to stabilize and support the SAP environment
and enhanced operational procedures such as change management,
batch job scheduling, and leveraged BASIS operations from SAP
infrastructure outsource partner.
* Mastermind behind the new IS corporate framework to manage
strategic vendor partnerships in order to maximize business value
and outsource non-core business functions. Transformed
