I have 10 years of experience; With Humana I was a DMS Agent (Direct Sales Marke
ting Agent) For the Humana Gold Plus Plan. I received numerous awards for sales,
customer service standards and was licensed in 4 States and I also wrote the Tr
aining Manuel for new Hires in the Arizona Market. With LifeMasters I spoke to M
edicare recipients enrolling them in their new benefit and conducted Health Hist
ories for the new wellness program.
I feel that my Customer Service Experience, multitasking and my no quit attitude
