ease footprint and impact smaller communities. Projects range from 18k prototyp
e with retail and Pets Salon, 20k prototype with retail, Pets Salon, Banfield ho

tel. Responsible for project bidding, negotiating, coordinating of plans and sp
ecifications with general contractors and consultants, including direction to th
e architect in plan preparations and project scheduling to meet quality and prot
