Senior Learning and Talent Consultant
Consult with and advise internal business units on human and
organization development, employee engagement, and culture change
strategies. Enable transformation of strategy, structure, systems,
processes, and talent practices by determining organizational
development needs and championing change programs. Create work
environments that foster employee engagement, motivation, and
commitment.
Selected Contributions:
* Improved Internal Operations (IO) employee understanding,
engagement, and commitment to company vision, mission, values, and
goals as lead change management SME implementing first enterprise-
wide Service Value Program to improve and integrate customer call
center auditing process across entire division.
* Reduced audit findings by ~7% and strengthened relationship
between auditors and call center representatives by developing and
introducing Service Value Program designed to improve employee
engagement and communications during audit process.
