A/P & Payroll Clerk, 2010 Present
Contracted through Manpower Staffing to perform A/P
functions including invoice data entry, processing $75,000
in checks to vendors weekly, maintaining vendor relations,
and managing accounting data using Excel and company
software. Ensured accuracy and timeliness of payroll by
reconciling and paying bills to vendors, reviewing and
getting manager approval for employee time sheets, data
entry, and advising employees on insurance, payroll, and
leave.

Worked closely with and aided HR Assistant Director with
human resource functions for the local newspaper.
Participated in interview and hiring processes by
scheduling and taking part in interviews, checking
