Complete oversight of all aspects of compliance (14 CFR), revision, change coor
dination, federal approval submissions, production and publication of Flight Ops

the Director of Safety & Compliance with primary duties as follows;
Management of duty assignments for four Specialists.
Collection, management, revision control and timely release of all documentatio
n from central repository maintained by Technical Publications. Editorial and pr
oofing duties for all submitted documents.
Complete editorial control of all company manuals, forms and documents with emp
hasis on federal compliance and content consistency.
Final approval of all presentation aspects in accordance with company standards
. Management of internal required coordination for consistency of content public
ation. Authority to make changes to publication and distribution processes as re
quired.
Complete authority for the implementation of standards, naming conventions and
currency requirements. Authority to amend those standards as requirements, polic
y and FAA compliance dictates.
Designated author of several federally required documents including the system
control General Process Manual.
Coordination of tasking and changes among subject matter experts/authors via Ad
obe Review and SharePoint.
FAA liaison with responsibility for the preparation of FAA submission documenta
