Established and built a formal HR infrastructure and succession planning process
from inception for this airline startup. Supervised communications strategy for
national brand airline launch and rollout across 24 cities. Created a corporate
governance/corporate board education program, transforming corporate board rela
tions. Introduced the airline's first, strategically aligned emergency response
and crisis communications program, gaining support and buy-in from key partners
to support disaster recovery efforts.

* Led the turnaround of an underperforming inflight operation experiencing moral

* Instituted new recruiting procedures, introduced employee incentive programs,

Orchestrated seamless transition to new terminal at Houston Intercontinental Air

700 providing airport services for all 46 gates within Terminal C.

Police Officer Civil Service Commission Board (POCSC)- The POCSC succeeds all
the authority, responsibilities and duties presently reposed in the Fire Fighter
s' and Police Officers' Civil Service Commission for the City of Houston as it r
elates to Police Officers. The Police Officers' Civil Service Commission has jur
isdiction over appeals of disciplinary actions.
