Job guarantee training program

New Delhi: TMI e2E Academy Pvt. Ltd. has signed up its first specialized, subsidized job-guaranteed
training program for graduates to make them employable in the corporate sector with Indian
Immunological Ltd (IIL). Delhi & NCR is one of the destinations for the selection program. This 24-day
training program is the first implementation of the innovative JOJOE (Jointly Owned Job Oriented
Education) Model of TMI e2E Academy, the one of its kind program in the country.

According to research, approximately 2 million graduates pass out every year, of which only 20 to 25%
are employable. TMI along with NSDC has endeavored in creating an innovative program that offers a
job to the candidate even before undergoing the training program and get trained for the particular job
offered.
This training based on the Job Instruction Method (JIM) will equip participants with required product
knowledge, marketing skills and soft skills to enable them perform with confidence as marketing
professionals in the booming Bio-Pharma industry. The training is customized to the job roles that the
graduates will perform. Post training, participants will kick-start their careers in the Bio-Pharma sector
as Marketing Trainees; on successful completion of the one year probation period they will absorbed
as Marketing Officers and the salaries will increase to more than Rs 2 lakhs per annum exclusive of
traveling and daily allowances. IIL has substantially subsidized of the cost of training and the candidate
only incurs a moderate fee of Rs. 8825/- (inclusive of service tax) which will be refunded on the
successful completion of the 12-month probation period.
TMI e2E Academy, an NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation Ltd) Partner Company, will
source candidates from all over the country who will be immediately placed on successful completion
of the course in one of these 76 cities across India, to market human and veterinary vaccines. While
on one hand the program guarantees the candidate a job, it also assures IIL a well-trained employee
who will be productive from day one. The selection process will be conducted from the third week of
May to the third week of June 2011 in Delhi, Lucknow, Agra, Chandigarh, Ahmedabad, Gwalior,
Bhubaneswar, Kolkata, Guwahati, Pune, Bangaluru, Hyderabad, Coimbatore and Chennai. All
selected candidates will be trained in Hyderabad and Bhopal.
