Joann Fabrics 2008 to 2009
Managed a project to convert MVS COBOL to SAP conversion to SAP Pricing module,
and a series of credit card authorizations and reporting. Managed and supported
ECC 6.0 systems and BW systems in SD, MM/PP, APO, FI/CO. Modified several custo
m tables. Designed and wrote 14 ABAP programs to create SAP versions of Legacy C
obol programs. Personally wrote a trickle data Intra-day Sales report in the PO
S/DM system. Managed special projects in the BW systems, including picking up w
ork that a previous consultant had started working on; sales reports, Credit car
d reports, reconciliation, Point-of-Sale activity reports, etc. Managed a Store
Ops project to roll out their POSDM system. Proficient in POSDM Workbench. L

Worked with the corporate ABAP team as a staff member and also aided the program
ming manager. Modified ECC 6.0 report programs in SD MM/PP, FI/CO, SO, PO, CRM.
Modified several interfaces with outside entities, including a customer servic
e webpage, A/R lockbox. Created new ALV reports for Service Orders, Contract Co
sts, Invoice Print, QA Maintenance Planning, Inspection Date Bundling, Forecasti
ng Accuracy, and Gross Margin. Worked with SAP GUIXT, UNIX interfaces, lockbox
, contract maintenance, GL reporting. Worked closely with a highly results orie
nted functional group.
BASF Chemical 2007
Developed functional and technical specifications to implement a company merger
onto a corporate SAP system. Worked extensively with the users and the IT depar
tment to develop a plan to identify and plug gaps in the ERP processes in MM, SM
, SD and IO. Worked with the FI/CO group to identify functions that may need to
be migrated to the new systems or integrated into the corporate environment. W
orked with the project manager to develop his project plans and help build his t
eam. Reviewed BAPI, IDocs, and other interfaces to do gaps analysis for a conve
rsion from SAP 4.6 to 4.7.
Lincoln Electric 2003 - 2007
Worked with conversion teams upgrading to 4.7 systems. Created forms with Plan
et Press to do product labels, shipping labels, and interface the production fro
m the SAP 4.7 system. Wrote ABAP programs to facilitate the label creation, arc
hive, report and log serial numbers of product. Helped implement new releases a
nd upgrade conversions. 2 full cycle implementations and 1 partial (upgrade) imp

Assisted with the installation, modification and enhancements to a mainframe SAP


R/2 system and supporting Legacy and LAN/WAN systems. Supported the conversion
to R/3 4.5, 4.6 and 4.7 at various stages of implementation. Touched most modu
les, including Basis, FI/CO, SD, MM/PP, CRM. Worked with configuration, applic
ation extensions, interfaces, reports, conversions and development, execution an
d operations architecture components. Also managed teams to implement multiple
phases of implementation and upgrades. 4 Full cycle implementations, including
adding multiple plants to the system, Canadian plants, and incorporating plants
from acquisition of other tire companies. Assisted on multiple projects, includ
ing Y2K as project manager for 2 opportunities.

Managed a complete disconnect from previous parent company (Goodyear) after sale
to Loral. This was a $5 million project, and was a 5 year assignment. This in
cluded 35 consultants and 15 in-house resources.
