Restaurant Pilot Bar

Pilot Bar restaurant is a newly built restaurant with a capacity of 80 seats located directly at the airfield. It is open daily all year around. Restaurant has a summer terrace with a high capacity grill and is equipped with top quality audio and video capabilities making it an ideal place for social events, family celebrations, weddings or company meetings. There is more than 40 items on the menu together with 75 drinks and a daily menu. Pizza is also offered as well as pizza delivery to nearby villages.

Season with L-410 OM-SAB has started. Regardless of the April weather this years season had already started. News: We are jumping with as little as 12 skydivers on the L-410 plane. Only in Slavnica. Guest house WINGS Guest house WINGS is suited directly on the airfield. It offers two 2 single bed rooms and two apartments each with a possibility of extra bed. Each room has a toilet, shower, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. The Pilot bar restaurant is located in the near proximity. Guest house also offers a private wellness with a finish sauna and a bubble bath. Guest house also holds a congress hall with a 30 seat capacity audio and video capabilities and Wi-Fi. Guest house also offers free secured parking

Static line Static line jump is executed from an altitude of 1 500 m and its attractiveness lies in the fact that you are jumping completely alone. The parachute opens automatically by itself and you only guide it for landing. The jumpers usually state that they never need so much courage before however this varies from person to person. Price 120 eur AFF

AFF (Accelerated free fall) is the ideal and fastest way to become a skydiver. The course consists of 8 individual jumps from 4000 m. During these jumps you are guided by a specially trained instructor. After a thorough ground preparation (an 8 hour lecture) you will be ready for your fist jump, which you will take with two instructors and a cameraman as well as the second and third jump. The following jumps will be done with only one instructor and a cameraman. During this course you will learn the basics of controlling your body in the air during free-fall and you will be able to execute standalone jumps under the supervision of an instructor. All your jumps are recorder and evaluated from video which helps in eliminating any possible mistakes or bad habits. IAFF solo jump. IAFF is actually the first jump from and AFF course and is the fastest and safest possibility to try out free fall from 4 000m. The jump is executed one day after the ground preparation with two instructors and a cameraman.

Tandem jumps We offer a unique experience of a 50 second free fall and a 5 minute parachute ride which you can experience only through a tandem jump with an experience tandem master. We have the most qualified and experienced tandem masters in Slovakia. You will be jumping out of a plane together with one of the most experienced instructors in Slovakia from 4 000 m. Ground preparation takes around 15 minutes. All you need for your tandem jump is to bring appropriate footwear all other required things will be provided to you. Your experience is caught on video and after the jump you will receive a dvd of the jump as well as photographs. The entire tandem jump takes around 30 minutes while the free fall itself takes 50 seconds at 200 km/h. The parachute opens at 1 500m and you can enjoy the ride with a beautiful view for 5 minutes.

Terms and conditions for skydivers Skydiving in Slovak Republic is operated under a directive of Slovak national air club gen. Milana Rastislava Stefanika V-PARA. Organizer SLOVAKIA BOOGIE extends the V-PARA directive with the following points. All parachutes over 5 years old have to be hand checked. Experience skydivers and students Each skydiver has to have a valid license. The license needs to be either FAI or issued by his own national air club. Each skydiver has to be registered at the organizer SLOVAKIA BOOGIE. Each skydiver must adhere to the safety directive published on the airport.

Tandem passengers Each tandem passenger has to go through the ground preparation with his tandem master and confirm this with a signed document. The tandem master is fully responsible for his passenger. Tandem master is required to inform the passenger about the safety precautions and policies about movement on the airport in proximity of planes and zones set for parachute landings. Each passenger must adhere to the safety directive published on the airport.

Requirement for different categories License A and AFF students Jumpers can only jump under the supervision of an instructor which must be present at the boogie. If the instructor is not present at the boogie our instructor can supervise the student. Instructor declares his full responsibility for the student with a signature. A licensed skydivers and students must have an ADD device on their parachute. License B License B holders can conduct jumps without an instructor but must conform to the safety directives of the organizer. B licensed skydivers and students must have an ADD device on their parachute. License C, D and higher Can conduct jumps without any restrictions but must conform to the safety directives of the organizer. In case these skydivers are conducting sky surf, freesytle of freefly jumps they have to be equipped with a helmet, acoustic altitude meter and ADD device while the pilot chute cannot be stored in the leg strap.
