Buyer Support/ Project Coordinator for Renault Direct Procurement (April 2007 December 2010)
Ensure that planning is respected in order to reach the target deadlines; Identify new opportunities and negotiation timescales with worldwide suppliers for meeting
strict deadlines; Ensure that suppliers received the complete technical and economical information; assure the signing of a confidentiality agreement between Renault and Genpact before sending the data; Assure that the technical specifications of the car part will be delivered in time by the engineering team; Prepare the Request of Quotation (RFQ)/Request of Information (RFI) and sending it to suppliers; Provide both the technical and/or economical support or escalate problems to engineers, buyers, regional supplier performance manager or supplier account manager; Use of ERP System to storage and detail offers;

Follow-up on suppliers in order to send a complete offer (there are some specific documents
that should be filled by suppliers); After the supplier selection, ensure the signing of the contract (specifies Renaults

requirements and demands on the manufacturing process of the car part. All economical and logistical terms must be accepted by supplier); Weekly conference calls with the Project Manager for updates/status of the project;

Coordinate the team and communicate effectively in order to meet the deadlines; Use Lean and Six Sigma knowledge as to reduce the turn-around-time for the entire process; Establish a long term relations with Renault staff and suppliers.

Trainer (August 2009 Present)


Deliver monthly EXCEL and POWERPOINT training sessions for Genpact employees; Ensure trainees have understood the excel Time&Date functions, most common mathematical
functions, text functions, some Statistical functions, Lookup&Reference functions and Logical functions, Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts, Charts, Filters, Formatting. Regarding the Powerpoint training ensure that trainees will be able to make a professional presentation by working with texts, graphics and charts, create a master slide, master handout and master notes, add embedded objects, hyperlinks, links to other documents and respect the guidelines of a professional presentation.

As a result of the team excellent work, Renault has outsourced to Genpact 2 other small processes and rated Genpact as an excellent service provider; also Renault became one of the Genpacts promoter client ; Obtained a Lean Certificate after the selection of one of my submitted innovative ideas in the top 10 Ideas during a Lean contest which took place in 2008; Became a certificate Excel and Powerpoint internal Trainer and obtained excellent feedback from the trainees; I have conducted three Lean workshops during 2009 Lean fest event among my team; Involved my colleagues in implementing and applying the Lean Ideas; Because we are using excel in our daily job I conducted an Advanced Excel course for my team I have managed with success a Sourcing Plan during Jan 2008 March 2010, agreements were signed by suppliers who will produce car parts for a new car which will be assembled in the newest Renault assembly plant in Tanger (Morocco) Key team player in the process of tracking, reporting activity and calculation of new indicators of our process, based on the tracking and reporting activity our team leader present on a weekly manner the KPIs to Renault, our client; I have learnt VBA and I have implemented macros in our trackers in order to automate some processes; As an employees representative together with my 2 colleagues (employees representatives) I

have succeeded in modifying the CCL and put it in line with the national one, we obtained another benefit for the Genpact employees.
