4. Pembahasan
Klien bernama Era Ananda Putri berumur 20 tahun dengan berat badan 44 kg
dan tinggi badan 161 cm. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan didapatkan hasil IMT
klien adalah 17 (kurus) dan kebutuhan kalori klien adalah 2.144 kcal per/hari,
kebutuhan protein 80,4 gr per/hari, kebutuhan lemak 47,6 gr per/hari dan
kebutuhan karbohidrat 348,4 gr per/hari. Dari hasil analisisyang dilakukan
selama 3 hari makan klien yang mendapatkan data analisis dimana untuk tingkat
konsumsi atau asupan yang diterima masih kurang dari asupan yang dianjurkan,
diantaranya meliputi :
Energi : 59% (1115,2 Kcal) dari kebutuhan yang di anjurkan sebesar 1900,0
Kcal.
Protein : 81% (38,9) dari kebutuhan yang dianjurkan sebesar 48 gram
Lemak : 53% (40,5) dari kebutuhan yang dianjurkan sebesar 77,0 gram
Karbohidrat : 42% (148,9) dari kebuthan yang dianjurkan sebesar 351,0 gram
Dari penjelasan diatas maka disimpulkan bahwa dari hasil analisis data selama 3
hari makan, klien kekurangan asupan yang menyebabkan IMT klien dibawah
nilai normal.
