I really needed care that day and without my consent nor patience by said Licensee, Dr. Kiblinger terminated care and thus abandoned me. After I made numerous attempts to call the Doctor seeking his medical expertise and expressed my back, leg, and hip pains; in this visit Dr. Kiblinger spoke to me a very demeaning and degrading manor and treated me very inferior and provided a very substandard medical attention. Dr. Kiblinger came into the room in where I was waiting and as soon as he entered he said out-loud hey its ding dong D*****hola at this time I was in very extreme and unbearable amount of pain as I have been for almost two weeks. I explained to him that my back went out on 3/27/09 and every time I called his office to seek his medical advice or attention, I never got a reply back and as I mentioned this issue with him he said very rudely, we dont do that here! He undertook to examine me for the third time then abandoned me when I expressed how much pain I was in and I couldnt understand his question. Dr. Kiblinger told me to just get on the table and begin to question me and told me to do a stretch and I told him that I am in a lot of pain and I do not understand the question you are asking me and he said Jesus Christ, just answer my damn question! I told him that I dont understand your question or what you are asking me, and he said very angrily, just answer my questions or you are out of here! On April 9, 2009, William Kiblinger M.D. (Licensee) abandoned me as a patient, conducted himself unprofessionally as a Doctor, acted negligently, and further caused me more harm. I had a scheduled visit at the location of 600 St. Paul Avenue, Suite 101, Los Angeles, CA, 90017. He also is known at 2625 W. Alameda Ave Ste 400 Burbank, CA, 91505. His License Number is C22923. I was a patient of Dr. Kiblinger and in need of his professional care. Dr. Kiblinger not just walked away from me as his patient after accepting me for care but literally kicked me out of his clinic. He treated me like if this was a joke and I did not need medical care.

I was is in the dire need of medical attention and Dr. Kiblinger not just walked a way from me after accepting me for treatment but rudely and crudely kicked me out of his office without treating me or giving me an opportunity to be seen my another medical attendant or another physician; He never gave me proper notice and I was cruelly treated then ignored by Dr. Kiblinger, he acted reckless and careless in so much as to disregard my pain in which amounted to substandard medical care. He also accused me of having my own agenda. And ultimately to accuse me own having my own agenda does not make any sense at all my agenda here is to get 100% better and to protect my health so I can recover and work without constant pain. So is this the way Dr. Kiblinger treats all of his patients? The Licensee withdrew services after our doctor-patient relationship had been established, and failed to give notice to me of his intentions. If I was perceived as a problem to him, his solution was to just kick me out of his clinic. Dr. Kiblingers mistreatment of me was very unprofessional, acted negligently by not treating me for my injury at all, and very rude and demeaning, he demonstrated to not care about me as a patient and injured person who are suffering from a lot of back and leg pain.

The quality of health care and medical attention that he provided was so substandard and cruel that I begin to breakdown and cry because no medical professional has ever treated me so cold. So in other words, my agenda is to simply get healthy again and to be treated with substantial medical care, and obviously the licensee cannot provide me within quality medical care so what agenda does he have for me as his patient?
