Project Details: This is a HRMS implementation for the Federal Bank, this is the project with which I am presently working, it involves designing of pages from scratch, implementing the validations through people code, preparing reports using XMLP (row sets and PS query) unit testing of the code and UAT along with the client at Client side (The Federal Bank Aluva) Roles: Requirement gathering (preparing the req doc) from the client (Federal bank Aluva) Designing pages and implementing validations through people code Designed the Man Power planning module (pages and reports) Designed the Gratuity module. Developed the reports For Hospitalization & TA(PS Query and XMLP reports) Migration of projects from dev to UAT and then to production Unit testing of the code/pages/reports. Moving to UAT & testing with the client (at client site). User training, which is conducting sessions for the end user, guiding them on how to use the system, update job data etc. Creating help Docs/User Manuals for the user.

APPLE GCRM (Production Support )

Clients: Apple computers Team Size: 11 Project Details: GCRM is one of the largest CRM systems in the world which is used by Apple Computers; at APS (apple production support) we maintained this system, which involved enhancements in the system (PeopleSoft), and maintenance of the Database (SQL). Roles:

Worked on various modules of Apple care (cases, agreements, repairs) made enhancements in the peoplecode and maintained the data base. Worked on sales modules , handling leads/opportunities Worked on the IB(Integration Broker) ,debugged and enhanced Messages(Message people codes ) Updating of Production tables during down time and migration Carried out Project migrations, during the DB down time.

SIEMENS SSL (Maintenance/Upgrade) Clients: Siemens Team Size: 14

Project Details: Siemens is a support/enhancement project; it is the HRMS system of Siemens SSL which generates around 600 reports from the employee database, apart from the maintenance of reports the project involved , changes in functionality , which required code changes at various levels. Roles: Enhancement of the SQRs as per the client requirement. Making changes in the page/record/component peoplecode whenever required. Migration of projects Updating/maintenance of the production tables during down time.
