The College of Nursing hosted the Faculty Assembly for A.Y. 2011-2012. There were a total of 148 participants/respondents for the evaluation of the program spearheaded by the College of Nursing. There were 15 respondents from the COE; 22 respondents from the CITHM; 7 from CIR; 5 from Administration; 77 from CAS; 10 CCS and 9 from CBA. One of the respondent came from NTP and 1 guest filled up the evaluation form. The overall result of the evaluation from the participants was an average of 87.09% or an equivalence of 4.35 which could be translated as VERY SATISFACTORY based on the scale of the evaluation, the scores from each participant is shown in the graph of each Department below:

The respondents were asked to rate the program on the scale of 5- Excellent, 4- Very Satisfactory; 3Satisfactory; 2-Needs Improvement and 1-Unsatisfactory. Out of the total 148 respondents, 28 (18.21%) provided their comments on the program.
Summary of Comments on the TQIDP Program: 1. Breakfast serve is porridge; how about those who already have taken their breakfast; coffee should be served. 2. Treat us with dignity. 3. Very good 4. So far so good. 5. Dr. Villar was resource person unfortunately she was given a very limited time 6. Limit the number of speakers 7. What's meeting without coffee? 8. The program started very late it was supposed to be at 8AM but it started at 8:45 There were 12.1% or 18 out of 148 faculty respondents who suggested topics for future seminars.
