We will enlist a company, we will deal in IT products, Laptops and other devices, in which we will take different orders from different companies and will provide them goods and services. We have to have a strong network with the whole sellers for this and we do have a network of suppliers and whole sellers. Qureshi & brothers Trading and engineering would become a recognized brand within Pakistan, which will stand for the best quality and reliability, and will lead towards gaining a reputation of the leading players in the Region.Right now we have different latest models of the three brands in which we are dealing.The models with theur compete specifications are as under:

Step1:
Approach: We have got to know about the tender by a telecom company which required 50 laptops of current models in news papers. They have mentioned there their requirements clearly in also give their contact details. We have made an initial call to get appointment for the meting by the secretary of the CEO of the sales department. We have got the appointment date the next step was to plan for the meeting as it is a sales of complete solution so we need to have a complete sales team which include members of all the departments. 1st meeting In the first meeting we go for the rapport building with the company representative .it the first meeting we have asked different question regarding the requirement s of company. At the end of session we have almost an idea about the requirement of company. The purchase department Head ask for the Proposal to go ahead in the transactions. We come back and as we have almost identify the requirements we Enlist different specs and forward a written Proposal to the technical department to get the best possible solutions. The departments give us three different models which best fits with requirements of company. Once we have the models we forward this proposal to the finance department to get most reasonable price to satisfy the client. After that we have mailed a written proposal via email address to the purchase department with three best possible solutions and ask them to select as per their thinking which solution out of those three best suits them. The proposal includes
product name and completer specifications and price as well. The proposal is as under.

They have asked us to give a complete presentation on the selected product .once we have given the date of presentation the next step is to plan the presentation properly to have best out of it. The first step is as it is team selling so in first attempt we have made a selling team which contains members from all most all departments. The next step is to plan the presentation, set the presentation objectives which includes Why to present: The basic purpose of our presentation is creating awareness to clients about the solution. What to present: Actually in presentation we want to talk about the features of product and the benefits which clients enjoy after getting the solution. When to present: At the time given by the purchase team to get maximum attention of the client and to justify our statement. Venue: Maju C3 Time: 2.30 Who will present what? And than plan the sequence of the presentation so that the flow of information is can not disrupted. What we get out of it: Revenues.

After the demonstration client shows interest in our product and ask us to come on the negotiation table to negotiate on price. We offer them a price in the proposal RS: 70,500/- and the client propose their
price which will take us both on negation table as there are other players in market so it is a pressure situation to close the sale at high note.
As the client give an order of 50 machines so we have to come on a solution which is win win solution and we have also space to minimize a bit our profit margin but on the same time we need to make sure that this transaction earn some thing for the company. After the negation the final price settled was RS.65000/- and due date of delivery is decided which is after two weeks. As it is our company criteria that the purchasing must deposit 50% of the amount in advance and the remaining 50% will be paid at the time of delivery.
