Madisonic U4359 Short-Range Ultrasonic Level Sensor

Madison Company has designed and developed the Madisonic ultrasonic sensor for small-tank continuous level measurement. With its range of 4 to 70 (0.1m to 1.78m), it is ideal for small tanks, day tanks and drums in a process environment. With its accuracy of 0.25% of full span with temperature compensation at atmospheric pressure, the Madisonic is a reliable sensor for the continuous monitoring of critical liquids and some solids. A 10-degree beam angle and supply voltage of 12 to 28 VDC, coupled with ease of use and 3/4-inch NPT mounting, allow the sensor to accomodate many applications without further alterations. The Madisonics attractive polycarbonate housing is very rigid and is NEMA 4X (IP65) rated. A simple green/red LED indicates the ultrasonic operation, and the 4-20 mA and 0-5 volt industry-standard outputs may be used individually or at the same time. Madison Company can also offer interfacing process controllers or indicators, which will directly connect to the Madisonic.
