Business Model

To be able to talk about strategy, then we must rst understand the context, market positioning, product positioning, and role in the value chain of the company.
While being able to see capabilities, we must rst look at the processes, people, partners, organization and culture, leadership and governance of the company.
We can not know how much value / prot, if not yet know the revenue and costs (prot = revenue costs), who is the stakeholder, it is align and support the business objective?
