Verified Trustee Sale Delay Service Agreement

*Verified Trustee Sale Delay Enrollment (Initial)___________ Client agrees to pay $1,500.00 for the first month of service. This fee will also post pone
the sale for first 30 days and is not due until after a new sale date given can be verified.

*Rush Fee (Initial)_____________ A rush fee of $300.00 will be charged if enrollment form is submitted to processing within
72 hours or less before the trustee sale date. However, if enrolled before 72 hours of sale date and client elects to wait beyond the 72 hour time frame to enact this service, the $300.00 surcharge will be waived.

*Monthly Payment/s (Initial)____________

If client wishes to enroll for additional monthly postponements, the monthly postponement fee is $1,000.00 . (Subsequent monthly payments for this service are to be made every 30 days on the same day of month as enrollment). Client may opt out at any time within 7 days before the next trustee sale date. If Client opts out of service and returns at later date, they will not be charged an additional enrollment fee

*Late Payment Fee Charge (Initial)___________

If the payment is received late, client can be charged a 10% late fee. Payments are considered received, once they are posted to the bank account and cleared. Late Payment A payment is considered late if not paid in full within 48 hours after client has verified the new sale date. Or within 48 hours after client is notified of new date.

SCHS Verified Trustee Sale Delay has no guarantees. SCHS should be used as the last resort for anyone who intends to keep their home after exhausting all other avenues. There are no warranties / guaranties given implied or otherwise granted. I agree to, and understand that I will not hold SCHS or its agents, representatives, counselors, employees or affiliates responsible for any action taken by my lender, trustee or any government agency regarding my current foreclosure.

Mediation: SCHS and the client agree to mediate any dispute or claim arising between them as
a result of this agreement, or resulting transaction. Before resorting to arbitration or court action SCHS and Client agree to mediate any disputes, who in writing agree to such mediation prior to, or within a reasonable time after the dispute or claim is presented. Mediation fees if any will be divided equally among both parties. If either party refuses to meditate after a request is made, then that party shall not be entitled to recover any attorney fees.
