In this project we have tried to do the quality testing of the vehicle, the moment vehicle is manufactured. Though the quality testing is numerous in number, we have done project to carry out two tests, they are angle and speed measurement. The moment vehicle is manufactured, it is scanned by various tests to determine its desired performance in various spheres. We tried to introduce an integrated set up to measure a vehicles performance in terms of the degree of rotation of a vehicle and its speed in terms of rpm. Since its an integrated unit we use a remote to select the test to be conducted. Pressing the button corresponding to the next test does the switch to the next test. This amplifies the ease of this products usage by a layman. I have been involved in 8051 microcontroller programming, PCB design, circuit component mounting and Testing.
