During this period, I participated in several Due Diligence exercises and researched on various commercial legal issues which inter-alia included Insolvency Laws, External Commercial Borrowing, Arbitration Laws, Company Laws, and Contract Laws. Summer Internship at Legalsphere, Jodhpur, in the month of May 2010. During this period, I worked on various facets of commercial laws, including Company Laws. I researched on various areas pertaining to Contract Act, Income tax Laws, Rajasthan Revenue Laws, drafted agreement to sale, and prepared Conveyance Deed, Lease Deed. My paper titled Narco Analysis was accepted for presentation at in International Conference on Medical Negligence and Litigation in Medical Practice held in Goa on 20-21 February 2011.

EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

Participated in Legal Awareness & Counseling Camp organized by Deccan Education Society Law College, Pune. Represented college in cricket intra sports competition in 2009. Participated in several Legal Aid and Awareness Camps in rural areas in Maharashtra organized by Pune University. Was a volunteer and part of organizing committee for a National Seminar on Redefining the Role of Women: Challenges and Remedies.

Participated in the Intra Class English Declamation Competition in 2007.
