. We will need to keep this physical on file here at the school. We must have the physical before a player can begin summer workouts. Students will not be permitted to workouts without a completed physical turned in to us. Physicals can be turned in before or on the day summer workouts begin. We will need a copy of the birth certificate to verify age. We must have this on file before a student is eligible to play. Proof of medical insurance is required before a student can participate in summer workouts. Students must be academically eligible in order to play. Students who are retained in their current grade, or socially promoted to the next grade are not eligible to play fall sports. Students must also have a C average during the 4th 9 weeks of the school year to be eligible for fall sports. Students who turn 15 before July 1st are not eligible to play middle school sports. SUMMER PRACTICE INFORMATION The summer workout schedule is posted below. The first day of official practice is August 8th. Tryouts will begin on this date. Summer workouts are not mandatory, but potential players are encouraged to participate. Participation in summer conditioning does not guarantee that a player will make the football team.
