metric

Description:
The attribute metric states the metric "cost" of the IP over ATM link. The metri
c value is calculated as 10^8 /link bit speed.
For example:
Metric for 10 Mbps Ethernet = 10^8/10^7 = 10
Metric for 100 Mbps Ethernet = 10^8/10^8 = 1
----------------------------------------------mtuSize
Description:
Specifies the maximum IP datagram size that may be sent on the IP over ATM link
in bytes, without fragmentation. Recommended MTU size is 1500 bytes to prevent I
P fragmentation.
Note that the size of the IP datagram does not include the 8 Bytes added for the
LLC/SNAP header before putting the IP datagram in AAL5 SDU.
------------------------------------------------subnetMask
Description:
The attribute subnetMask states the subnet mask of the IP over ATM link (point-t
o-point link).
The input format used by the operator is four fields of digits, separated by a d
ot. Each field consists of three digits.
For a point-to-point link, the subnet mask 255.255.255.252 is very likely.
The subnet mask has to be contiguous. That is, it has the LSB's set to 0 (zero).
Example:
255.255.255.X
Contiguous subnet mask:
11111111.11111111.11111111.11111110 (X = 254)
11111111.11111111.11111111.11111100 (X = 252)
Non-contiguous subnet mask:
11111111.11111111.11111111.11111010 (X = 250)
----------------------------------------------------interface name is atm0
ipaddress ipAtmlink=1 is 10.208.38.225
subnetmask is 255.255.255.252
metric value is 100
interface name is atm1
ipaddress ipAtmlink=2 is 10.208.38.229
subnetmask is 255.255.255.252
metric value is 110

-------------------------------------------------------pmBwUtilizationRx
Description:
The counter shows the utilization of the virtual connection in the receiving dir

ection represented by a histogram, consisting of a list of 21 numbers. The first

number is Peak Cell Rate (PCR) and the next 20 numbers are different load range
s (range counters) for the VclTp MO. The load is sampled every 10s and depending
on the sampled value, the corresponding range counter is increased.
PDF ranges: The number is rounded upwards to the nearest integer.
