Shake It Up Caf is for children pre-kindergarten through 4th grade. Mission camp is offered for 5th and 6th graders. VBS is June 22 through 25 (mornings, Wednesday thru Saturday, with a big family picnic on Saturday!) Pick up a registration form in the narthex, or visit our website (aledoumc.org) to register; click on the VBS logo that appears on the home page, or click on Ministries, then on Vacation Bible School to bring up online registration. Volunteers are signing up, so contact Janice Cole (817-917-8123) or Sabra Smith (817-512-3354) today to save your volunteer spot! Youth are welcome to help!

Heaven is for Real is the true story of the four-year-old son of a small town Nebraska pastor who during emergency surgery slips from consciousness and enters heaven. He survives and begins talking about being able to look down and see the doctor operating and his dad praying in the waiting room. The family didnt know what to believe, but soon the evidence was clear.

VBS in need of your diner decor

Altar Flower Calendar


If you would like to honor someone on a birthday, anniversary or accomplishment OR remember a loved one, placing flowers on the altar for a Sunday service is a perfect expression of your feelings. Sign up at the flower calendar in the hall, and give your check for $65 payable to AUMC and flower request form to the office no later than Wednesday preceding the Sunday you have selected.

Round diner-style bar stools Bistro tables, or small round tables with 2 chairs each Chalkboard style menu boards (small free-standing chalkboard or white erase board) Coca cola diner stuff Diner-type objects: straw dispenser, napkin dispenser, trays, plastic baskets like the ones fries would come in, etc Anyone have an old cash register?
