Finding our Purpose The writer in this particular chapter wants to convey that as like the Sufi saint whos one and only aim is only to preach and spread the name of God, in the same manner the corporate should have the one and only aim and that is the upliftment of the organization with which he is working. The purpose of a Sufi saint is to spread the name of God throughout the world so in the same manner the

corporate should first decide the purpose for which he is working and should be fully devoted to it throughout and till its completion. The aim of the football player in to score goals for his team and for this he keeps his eye on the opponents goals and in the same manner the corporate should not divert his mind and physical attention from his utmost goal. Make a difference Here the author says that as the Sufi saint does not ask for anything in return for preaching God so in the same manner the corporate personnel should ask for co-operation which automatically turns fruitful for the organization. Drawing the best of others is emblematic of true leadership. Keep a Positive Attitude The author descries that how the parables of Sufi saints changes the mind of people. They say that the corporate should be focused on his aim and should not be diverted from it by useless things. He should focus on vast area of development and should not get diverted by any king of hindrances. Balancing Our Lives In this particular chapter the author with the help of Sufi sayings wants to convey that the Eye of the corporate should be opened for consequences; whether positive or negative, here the corporate personnel should be always attentive to the thing which he does which will automatically lead to his utmost objective or aim. Ego Vs Spirituality Here the author says that we should remove our ego and should stay away from the limelight and should always focus on our goals. We should share our success who helped us to attain it. He further describes that we should open our inner eye and listen to what is right and ignore the things which are wrong. Life and Death Here the author wants to convey that we should have the knowledge of life and death. As the Sufi saints say that life should be meaningful i.e. they should spend their life in preaching of God and in the same manner a corporate personnel should have a meaningful life i.e. he should always be careful about the work he is doing considering the fact that time is very short and is passing very fast and so is our lives. Our life is very short and we cannot extend our journey of life so to achieve something in our precious and short we should take mere attention in doing our work.
