ACKNOWLEDGMENT This study would not have been made possible without the help of different people who

have supported the group in every way. First on the list is God Almighty who has never stopped blessing His children with the required knowledge, skills, and attitude to finish this study. His indirect blessings made everything achievable, including the impossible. Next to Him would be the parents of the group members who have continuously supported their children not only financially but also emotionally. By understanding and supporting their children unconditionally, this study was made easier. The group would also like to thank Ms. Marietess Nicolas for guiding her students and leading them in the right way towards the success of this study. Truly, Ms. Nicolas has played a major role in making this study a comprehensive one by teaching her students the appropriate measures in doing the whole research process. Her supervision helped the researchers determine what was right and wrong in relation with the research process per se. After Ms. Nicolas, the group would want to thank all the sections and clinical instructors who participated in the study. Without them, there would be no respondents, hence, there would also be no research output at all. The group would also like to thank Mr. Fredrick Ramos, their statistician, who incredibly shared his time and effort just to help the group finish their study. His expertise in research and statistics contributed a lot for the success of this output. Thank you also to Mr. Aaron Lee Amarga, the group's supposedly statistician, who also shared his knowledge regarding statistics. Aside from the people mentioned above, the group would also like to thank Dean Annabelle Borromeo for allowing the researchers implement their study within the vicinity of Far Eastern University-Institute of Nursing. Her approval regarding the group's study made it possible for completing the implementation phase of the process. Then, the group also likes to thank Mr. Julius Cesar Ortiz, their Head Nursing Clinical Instructor, for giving them ample time in preparing not only for the said concept in the clinical area but also in doing their research output. Even he, himself, cooperated with the group by dismissing the group earlier in their duty. Then, the group would also like to express their gratitude to the Level-IV coordinators who significantly played their own roles in completing the study. Last to be dedicated are the group members themselves for having accomplished this one-of-a-kind thesis. They worked very hard until the end to make the right decisions regarding this output. They helped each other to carry out tasks effectively in relation with the output itself.
