Mission Statement:
TF-TAC Tactical Foundation Training and Assessment Center, Inc.
PURPOSE - promoting the integral human development of the people who are poor and marginalized in order to alleviate their condition through trainings, education and formation programs and to conduct livelihood activities, non-formal education, projects and scholarship assistance. composed of professionals and volunteers who are qualified and has wide-ranging knowledge, skills and experience relative to the technical and vocational education and trainings with particular expertise in handling a cultural-sensitive society of the Meranao intended to accredited its training and assessment programs with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority in Lanao del Sur and Marawi City (TESDA-LDS) primarily but not limited on the National Certification Courses of Security Services, Massage Therapy, Health Care Services, Food and Beverages, Computer Hardware Servicing, Font Desk and Language skills voluntarily offered its headquarters at the Pacasum Square to the convenient use and utility of its facilities and resources for the TESDA Community-based Training Program for office, staff quarters, venues for meetings or any related gatherings, education and training purposes created Programs and Services to support the effective and maximum delivery of TESDA especially in the Province of Lanao del Sur and the City of Marawi including but not limited to the Media Resource Center operated under the mandate of the Chief Executive Officer with its Executive Secretary and the Treasurer working on the highest priority level aiming to produce, develop and establish

National government agency that is tasked to supervise and regulate technical and vocational training programs including community-based skills training, and has a vast network of training centers and institutions, trainers and experts in various trade or skills areas has in its collection skills aptitude test materials, training materials both for trainers and trainess, modules and standard, skills assessment and certifications instruments support partners in effecting meaningful and demand driven skills and training programs

one of the institutions that purpose technical and vocational initiatives in the province, has the capacity to support the conduct of short-term community based trainings

human and material resources that facilitate the effective and maximum media mileage and linkages promoting and advancing the technical and vocational education and trainings Note: This AGREEMENT takes effect upon signing, may be amended or modified upon mutual agreement of the parties and shall automatically be terminated upon the satisfactory fulfillment of the embodied terms and conditions.

Responsibilities:

Tactical Foundation Training and Assessment Center, Inc.
1. Create a pool of volunteers to be deployed at the TESDA-LDS office under the discretion of the Provincial Director to act and perform functions that shall help realize the aspirations of this organization, particularly on the matter of media mileage and linkages that promote and advance the technical and vocational education and trainings. Closely coordinate with the Provincial Director of the TESDA-LDS in the matter of preparation and execution of the proper process of accreditation of programs and services under the TESDA-UPTRASS application for registration. Delegate its Executive Secretary in the person of Salman D. Aguilar to focus its time and resources at the service of the TESDA Provincial Director in matter relative to the aspirations stipulated in this Instrument. Shall expedite and extend counterpart in the cost of all operations that may be executed in the process of implementation of this undertaking. Support TESDA-LDS in the conduct of Community-Based Training (CBT) in Lanao del Sur and Marawi City. Submit to the TESDA LDS an enrollment and completion reports on CBT; shall sign in the training certificate for training partnered with TESDA; and keep records and documentation of the skills training.

1. Facilitates the provision of TESDA expertise/trainers essential to an effective and timely implementation of the skills training being targeted by TF-TAC.

2. Co-supervise and monitor the skills training being undertaken by TF-TAC.

3. Shall make sure that training delivery is in accordance with required industry components and training regulation of TESDA.

4. Shall issue certificate to completers of the skills training targeted by TF-TAC based on the number of hours attended and completed by each target trainee. 5. Shall keep record and documentation of the said skills training.

6. Shall closely supervise and work with TF-TAC Team on the conduct of Tracer/Impact Study and other TVET Programs.

Support TESDA in its Tracer/Impact study through social networking, trimedia among others, but shall be subjected to close supervision of the TESDA-LDS. Comply all other policies and requirements of the TESDA-LDS in the performance of this undertaking.
