What are the demographics of the families/clientele you serve?

Twenty-seven respondents self-identified the demographics of the families/clientele they serve. Placer County, low-income, foster youth, seniors, special needs, community health, cancer, mediation, homeless and grants were the areas with the highest representation. The Expanded List captures all of the demographics represented. 2. What resources/services does your agency currently provide?

The Resource Directory has been updated with the resources each agency provides as well as the demographics served (information gathered from the Small Group Discussion Questions form). 3. What resources/services would your agency want to provide?

Money, parenting and support groups were the areas most agencies were interested in providing resources/services. The Expanded List captures all of the areas identified as areas agencies are interested in providing resources/services. 4. What do you see are some of the gaps in services provided to your families/clientele? (unranked)

Medical was identified as the area with most gaps in service. The Expanded List captures all of the areas identified as having gaps in services. 5. A list of services you feel are still needed. (1= least needed, 5= most needed)

The areas identified as having the most need and of most interest include: Medical, Mental Health, Money, Parenting/Family Care, Seniors and Youth. The Expanded List captures all of the areas identified as requiring services. Twenty-two individuals expressed interest in attending future Resource Meetings or Work Groups.
