What are subliminal messages? 1.Subliminal messages are hidden in one medium or another. 2.These are designed to pass below the normal limits of perception. B. Backmasking 1. Backmasking is a way for some musicians to convey their message to the people without them realizing it at first. 2.They backmask to escape censorship, to add humor and parody, to add satiric and sarcastic effect, and for satanic messages. C. Subliminal messages in art (Show pictures) D. Comments regarding backmasking 1.The legislation in California and Arkansas 2.Fundamentalists III. CONCLUSION A. These subliminal messages remind us that we can perceive without noticing.
