Stress is your body's mode of react to any kind of insist. It can be reason altogether good and bad occurrences. When people feel harassed by somewhat going on around them, their bodies react by releasing chemicals into the blood. Thats how we called people are under stress. Whilst it is arguable that the term stress is everywhere that it has been completely cut drifting from both professional discourse and real life experience, it still retains a profoundly serious currency. Real or imagined, misunderstood or misused, rare or widespread, the problem of stress cannot be ignored.

Defining stress The more you will talk about stress the more indefinable of its meaning. Modern definitions of stress all identify that it is a personal experience cause by pressure or demands on an individual, and impacts upon the individuals ability to cope or rather, his/her perception of that ability. Work-related stress occurs when there is a mismatch between the demands of the job and the resources and capabilities of the individual worker to meet those demands. Subjective and self reported evaluations of stress are just as valid as objective data, such as statistics on accidents or absenteeism.

Work related stress is that when the demand of the job is higher than the resources which is been given to the worker is higher. Many kind of stress can be a cause of stress we can categorised into different ways. Survival Stress: There is a common word (fight or Flight) this is the common reaction into the animals and Humans when somebody heart you physically your reaction is automatically do the same or related reaction of same thats how we called survival stress in terms of medically a blood in your body generates a reaction. Internal Stress: We can describe intended stress in that sense that sometimes you have caught your own self by worrying about the things that you cannot do nothing about those worries and sometimes there is no reason at all of which you are worrying in those situations we called internal stress this is the most common stress that we often feel own our daily routine life. It is very important to understand and handle that kind of stress. Internal stress is that when people made stress their own selfs. It is that of situation we cant manage and handle of those stress situations sometimes we havent got knowledge of the solution of those kind of problems we continuously thinks about those problems and we have caught by stress rather than to think about their solutions. Environmental Stress: Environmental stress is also happens most often. It is that kind of stress that we often face many kind of stress such as clement changes in weather sound crowd and pressure from work or a family be aware those kind of stress and tackle them as per their situations. Fatigue and Over work: This is the most harder kind of stress that is difficult to manage those kind of stress, but those who can handle those kind of stress will be great successful in their daily routine of life this stress had been accoutred long time ago it is cause of when you do more work as per your capacity you will be in stress working more harder or more less can be cause of that kind of stress when you will work more hard or a long shift you will feel stress, and when you will work less time it can also be a cause of your stress harder work will cause of your stress for your body and you will got no more time for relaxation and when you will work less time it may effects you pocket it can also be a cause by not knowing of how to

manage your time well because every person need relaxation and wants sometime for others necessary workers many people suffer those kind of stress and they got out of control how to manage those kind of stress. Those are the strategies we often find out in our daily routine of life.

Stress in UK Organizations:
There are two main reasons which the employees in UK organizations being under stressed now we will see those aspects in a broader sense. Inflation: Now as per the statistics department of United Kingdom the inflation rate is moving down, as per the statistics department, in February 2011 it was on 4.4% and as per the record in march It was move down to 4.0% now it shows how much inflation was and still it is not good stage of inflation now inflation is directly hits to the economy and goods become more expensive in the UK as compare to purchasing power of buyer. Population: As we look upon the population in United Kingdom getting more and more due to the rise in population and more over lack of creation new opportunities people are getting more stressed. Poor situations of jobs: United Kingdom is now is in the situation of jeopardy, according to the statistics department of UK Unemployment rate was 7.8% which is very massive stress for people of the country and also employees who are working into the UK organizations it is very big stress level for them if they will quit their jobs and then it will very hard to find a job for them. Since 1992 it is biggest unemployment circumstances in UK. Low basic Pay Scale: Low basic pay rate is another depressive thing for employees within an organization their cant beer either their personal expenses or more over worse kind of job situation in UK those who are their families and their kids and working in UK organizations we can divided into two different categories.

Stress SWOT Analysis: Swot analysis is a Useful tool to understand an organizations or an individual strategic position. It is routinely used to identify and summarize various aspects. Opportunities: Occasion that the organization or an individual have in order to improve its Strengths or abolish the weaknesses.

Threats: Areas of which the organization or an individual can seriously in danger.

The Stress SWOT instrument is a alternative of this method, resolute on serving you to understand your exclusive strengths and weaknesses in the way you handle stress. It also helps you to classify the resources you have available to you, and points out the consequences of control stress poorly.

Lack of resources: same times what happens you feel in your own self that you have not have enough resources that your others colleagues or your friend has or sometimes what happens you havent got enough knowledge that how to do the task and how to implement the knowledge into the practical but majority it accor when you havent enough resources to do the task than you should have to create the resources to overcome the stress of your weaknesses.

Challenge these weaknesses logically to make sure that they are fair and legitimate, and that you are not being excessively harsh and self-critical. At the same time, challenge whether you could realistically expect more resources to be available.

Then work through the stress diary again, looking at the times where you did not handle stress well. Identify where you have problems managing stress. Again, look into your past at stressful situations. Where you think you handled stress poorly, write down why you think this was the case.

Threats: In the threats section Imagine the weaknesses that you didnt encounter those are your threats and you have another option to tackle those threats with effectively and efficiently utilising your skills.

Then you need to seriously thinks about that. Changing your job positions: Everybody has different interpersonal skills if you think you eligible for this job than do it otherwise move with according to your skills. but the job is stress full or not interesting than you can ask your employer about job rotation, if you got promoted to more stressful position and you are not able to manage than ask about a side transfer or even transfer to your previous position. Get time away: As we talked about before stress on job if you not feeling comfortable than get time for realising the stress. If you feel stress, then take a break, just walk away from the position, possibly walk around the building either sitting on a paste bench winning a little thought full winning a little thought full time. Exercise dose help to refresh the mind. Even find a place to listen music to reduce the stress. Fight through the culture: If you are working in a multi cultural company you need to sympathetic and be patient. Have realistic Expectations: Some people works long hours, a person can decided how much he can do in a day, An unrealistic approach can be cause of failure and increase the stress. Nobody in perfect:

No body is a perfect and accurate and as I described before that the only thinks about how to manage your stress in a perfect way Fatigue and over work is an example which I have described it before. Manage your all stress as accordance with your strengths. If you think you can control everything or you can manage every small operating then you need to change your way of thinking because the word perfection in only for god. Maintain a positive attitude: Negativism is the cause reduction in energy and motivation in any situation, so avoid it in any situation. You should develop positive attitude any learn about yourself and complete you task positively.
