Ravi is a co-founder of RRA group and over 10 years of experience in the field of Corporate Finance and Corporate Advisory. Over the years he has consummated a number of big ticket debt syndication and managed large and complex transactions. Ravi holds first degree in commerce and is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accounts of India.

CA Asha Malani FCA

Asha is a co-founder of RRA group and has over 9 years of experience in the field of Statutory Audit and Taxation. Amit Jhanvar MBA

Amit has joined as a core team member and looks after the Mumbai office. He focuses on the group's investment banking activities. Amit have over 5 years of experience and worked with Ladderup Corporate Advisory and D.E.Shaw & Co. Over the years he has worked on various Private Equity, mergers & acquisitions and structured finance transactions. Amit is an MBA from ICFAI Business School, Mumbai and is also CFA level III candidate.
