COMPANY PROFILE CONNECTIONZ EMBEDDED SOLUTIONS, a Research and Development firm in electronics, is established in2004. We are trying to integrate various arena of electronic industry like Research and development, Project Consultation, Technology Training, Manufacturing, and Marketing etc. We primarily focus on research and development where most of the energies of the industrial world are spent. Technology Training TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME Technology Development Programme is a yearlong work and learn programme to generate a highly talented design engineering community for our future projects. On the job training will be given in Analog Circuit Design, Embedded Systems (8/16/32), VLSI Design, Power Electronics etc according to the domain they are deployed. PROGRAMME STRUCTURE PHASE 1: Analog Circuit Design, 8 bit PICmicro using MPLAB ICD3 and genuine Microchip Tools, Circuit Simulation and PCB Designing Product Development PHASE 2: 1. PICmicro 24H/PIC32 with MPLAB ICD3 and genuine Microchip Tools 2. Advanced Analog Circuit Design and Power Management Design 3. VLSI Design using Xilinx or Actel Tools or 32 bit Processing with ARM Product Development ELIGIBILITY BE/B.Tech/MSc in Electronics/Electrical related trades. Those who have not cleared all the papers must clear it within one and half year after joining. TRAINING FEE Applicants who have at least 10 months of experience in Circuit Design, Embedded Systems, VLSI Design etc shall not pay any training fee. Those who are not experienced must pay Rs 20,000/- as training fee. REMUNERATION Months 1, 2, 3 Rs 3000 to Rs 4000 as incentive per month depending on the project (for experienced only) Months 4, 5, 6 Rs 4000 fixed basic salary plus up to 50% of basic salary as incentive per month (for experienced only) Rs 3000 to Rs 4000 as incentive per month depending on the project (for fresher) Months 7, 8, 9 Rs 4000 fixed basic salary plus up to 65% of basic salary as incentive per month (for experienced only) Rs 4000 fixed basic salary plus up to 50% of basic salary as incentive per month (for fresher)

Months 10, 11, 12 Rs 4000 fixed basic salary plus up to 75% of basic salary as incentive per month (for experienced only) Rs 4000 fixed basic salary plus up to 60% of basic salary as incentive per month (for fresher).

After the training period a basic salary of 5500 to 8000 and incentives up to 50% of basic is given per month depending upon performance. Salary is reviewed every 6 months and performing ones will be eligible for salary hike.
