Preferred Experience, Skills and Education: Previous experience in higher education and PHR, SPHR or GPHR certification strongly preferred. Possess strategic insight and ability to communicate an organizational and global perspective of strategic HR initiatives. A graduate degree in law, business or related field is preferred.
