THIS AGREEMENT made this day ___/___, 20___ between OWNLUXURYFORLESS and, Name:__________________________________ Address:__________________________________ Phone:__________________________________Email:____________________________________ WHEREAS, above named requests to have the below mentioned items offered for sale by OWNLUXURYFORLESS, and WHEREAS, OWNLUXURYFORLESS wishes to represent the above named under the said terms of the agreement, BOTH PARTIES AGREE: 1. Term This agreement shall have a term of thirty (30) days and may be terminated by either party giving fourteen (15) business days written notice. Only if the agreement is terminated early by the consignor, OWNLUXURYFORLESS will return to the consignor any unsold merchandise at the consignors expense. Agreements terminated early incur a $30 fee each. 2. Process Upon receipt, OWNLUXURYFORLESS will take all necessary steps to sell items at appropriate pricing. Items will be sold on OWNLUXURYFORLESSs owned personal venues. 3. Sale Price OWNLUXURYFORLESS will determine prices for all bags consigned. If a specific minimum price is required, the Consignor must state the requested listed in this Agreement below. Any specific minimum pricing listings not met will incur a $20 fee at the close of 30 days. 4. Reductions If any item has been available for over 15 days may be reduced by 10%. 5. Unsold Item If your bags wont sell in 30 days, we will return the item and a $30 fee will be applied. Consignors will be notified of the unsold item and will have 15 days from date of notice to claim the item. Consignor will have to pay the return shipping fee and the consignment fee of $30 to have your item mailed back or consignors can come to pick up the item within this time frame. After that all ownership rights shall transfer to OWNLUXURYFORLESS and OWNLUXURYFORLESS reserves the right to donate the property to charity or use it as they deem fit. 6. Authenticity Both OWNLUXURYFORLESS and the Consignor attests to the authenticity of all agreed upon items. Items deemed to be counterfeits will either be returned to Consignor for a $25 authentication fee plus return shipping fees, or discarded. 7. Shipments If consignor is unable to drop off consignments at OWNLUXURYFORLESS office, the agreed upon item/s may be shipped to OWNLUXURYFORLESS 4812 N STATE ROAD 7, #306. COCONUT CREEK, FL 33073. International consignors will cover customs fees and shipping fees. We request that you use signature confirmation with whichever carrier you choose. Consignors living within 20 miles from Coconut Creek, FL 33073 are offered a free local pick up. We can make an appointment and we will come to you for your convenience. 8. Commissions OWNLUXURYFORLESS agrees to pay the consignor 70% of the net sale price of all items placed for sale with OWNLUXURYFORLESS and listed below and/or in any addendum. 9. Payment Consignors are paid by check or Paypal after their items are sold. OWNLUXURYFORLESS will provide an invoice to the Consignors.Payments will be sent out on either the 15th or 30th of each month. 10. Loss or Damage Consignor will ensure that consignment items are insured from all risks until agreed upon items are delivered to OWNLUXURYFORLESS at the contracted drop off or shipping address. Upon delivery, OWNLUXURYFORLESS will be fully responsible for said items until confirmed delivery to respective buyers. Again, items can be dropped off in person or a free local pick up will be available for those who live within 20 miles from Coconut Creek, FL 33073. 11. Ownership Consignor attests to have legal title to and is in legal possession of all items that they have contracted OWNLUXURYFORLESS to sell. 12. Revision Both parties understand all statements included in this agreement. This agreement may not be revised without the written consent of both parties.
