Agreement between you and Online Media Technologies Ltd. for AVS DVD Player By installing, copying, or otherwise using and testing AVS DVD Player, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not install or use AVS DVD Player. Any reproduction or redistribution of AVS DVD Player or any of its components not in accordance with the License Agreement is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. AVS DVD Player is a FREEWARE. It means that your rights and obligations with respect to the use of AVS DVD Player or any of its components are as follows: You may: 1. Install and use one copy of AVS DVD Player on as many computers as you like. 2. Store or install copies of AVS DVD Player on storage devices, such as network servers or portable media. 3. Redistribute AVS DVD Player at no additional charge for the distribution of this software, but the actual costs of media, shipping etc. 4. Include AVS DVD Player installation to press releases, magazines and other media reviews. In this case the reference to the Online Media Technologies Ltd. is obligatory. You may not: 1. Use, copy, modify, or transfer copies of AVS DVD Player except as provided for in this License. 2. Remove any proprietary notices or labels from AVS DVD Player. 3.
