COMM_MGMT&BULK_LOG_1: Multi-Material View in SPW (New)

Use As of SAP ECC 6.0, Industry Extension Oil & Gas (IS-Oil 603), Enhancement Package 3, Business Function Commodity Management and Bulk Transports (COMM_MGMT&BULK_LOG_1), schedulers can use the stock projection worksheet (SPW) for both planning and amending bulk supply chain movements as well as seeing an overview of current and projected supply chain activity. The schedulers can also view the present and the projected inventory of more than one material at a particular TSW location. In liquid gas business scenarios, refined products as well as for mining operations, the scheduler has to schedule a shipment for multiple products. Certain products are often assessed together. In some cases because they may later get blended, and in other cases because they can be taken in or out of a cargo (due to quality issues), schedulers need to see multiple material views of stock positions at all times in a quick and easy manner. Effects on Existing Data The following user interface elements are new: Transaction O4TB, O4TB_RDALV Program/Screen SAPMOIJRD/560 UI Element The multi-material view screen been changed to allow displaying of the inventory figures of several materials, as well as their aggregated inventory figures, simultaneously. This allows you to visualize how the aggregated figures are calculated, and allows you to check the impact on aggregate inventory of substitution of one material for another.

Effects on Customizing To use this function, you must activate the business functions Commodity Management and Bulk Logistics (COMMODITY_MGMT_&_BULK_LOGISTIC) and Commodity Management and Bulk Transports (COMM_MGMT&BULK_LOG_1). See also For more information, see SAP Library under TSW (Trader's and Scheduler's Workbench -> Planning and Reporting Tools -> Stock Projection -> Stock Projection Worksheet -> MultiMaterial View.

COMM_MGMT&BULK_LOG_1: Nomination Subitems (New)

Use As of SAP ECC 6.0, Industry Extension Oil & Gas (IS-Oil 603), Enhancement Package 3, Business Function Commodity Management and Bulk Transports (COMM_MGMT&BULK_LOG_1), you can use subitems to split the nomination line item data into smaller details. The nomination line item is the basic level of information of the nomination and does not support the transfer of data into lower transport planning levels like compartments, barges, railcars etc. As of the present release, the subitem is introduced as a new tab page at the nomination line item detail level. It helps to split the nomination line item data to smaller level like railcars or compartments. You can schedule a single line item to be loaded into multiple railcars or barges, or can schedule it to be discharged into multiple tanks or compartments. This change also allows actualization at subitem level. Effects on Existing Data The following user interface elements are new: Transaction O4NM Program/Screen SAPLOIJ_NOM_GUI/1230 UI Element New sub-screen Subitem (1230) added at the Item Details level. COMM_MGMT&BULK_LOG_1: Integration of GTM into TSW (New)

Use As of SAP ECC 6.0, Industry Extension Oil & Gas (IS-Oil 603), Enhancement Package 3, Business Function Commodity Management and Bulk Transports (COMM_MGMT&BULK_LOG_1), this function allows the scheduler to refer to the trading contracts within nomination. According to the existing nomination function, when the scheduler refers to the trading contract number in nomination, on the basis of the reference document indicator, the system uses the follow-on document as the reference document. Thus, the reference to the trading contract is not direct but through the follow-on documents. You can also do the following: o Select the trading contract via search help similar to the reference documents. If you have marked the trading contract as TSW Relevant and the Customizing is to show only TSW relevant documents, then only such trading contracts is displayed in the search help. This is similar to the reference document settings of nomination. If there are no follow-on documents existing for the trading contract, then the scheduler can save the nomination to be scheduled later. Enter the trading contract number and the item number in the nomination item ALV. If you enter the reference document numbers which are linked to the trading contract, the system defaults the trading contract number and the item number. In the nomination item details, the tab page Documents has the trading contract number and the item number along with reference document number and item number. Enter additional attributes for the events which are Actual Dates Required and Price Relevant in the trading contract as well as in the reference documents. When these events are scheduled in the nomination, the system checks the actual dates based on the schedule date or any of the planned dates. If these dates are in the past and the actual dates are not maintained, then you receive a warning message saying the actual dates are not maintained for the events. You can also enter the planned dates for the events in the document itself which is copied onto the nomination.
