FRIENDLY ENEMIES

OF

PAKISTAN
1. Who are They? a. Those who provide us economic support IN such a way that we are unable to

stand on our feet for the rest of our life. b. Those who provide us industrial support IN such a way that we are unable to have own industrial base.
c. Those who support us through military hardware IN such a way that we always

look to them for further help whenever we critically need it. d. Those who provide us any kind of support IN such a way that bulk of it goes back to their countries in one or the other form. e. Those who provide us educational support IN such a way that we are unable to think for own development. f. Those who provide us technical support IN such a way that we are unable to build own technical base.
g. Those who provide us diplomatic support IN such a way that we totally become

dependent on them and are rendered unable to have own voice. h. Those who provide us trade facilities IN such a way that we are unable to trade freely with the rest of the world.
i.

Those who provide us cultural support IN such a way that we begin to destroy and hate own culture.

j. Those who provide us human support IN such a way that we tend to be inhuman. k. Those who provide us judicial support IN such a way that we are unable to provide justice to own people. l. Those who help us in capacity building IN such a way that we are never capable of conceiving, planning and executing independently.
2. Their aim is to ensure that Pakistan turns to be their Satellite State. 3. How do they function?

a. ENSURE that the most organized segments of the Pakistani society look to them as their friends.
b. Tie the most essential requirements of their acquaintances with their interests. c. Exploit the human weaknesses of leading personalities of the most important

groups of our society so that they do what their masters desire. d. Help creating such environments in the country that the Pakistanis are unable to have a respite to think and do what they should.
e. See to it that second and third tier of leadership remains handy to keep the first

tier under pressure so that they willingly do what their masters desire.
4. Prime targets are:-

a. Armed Forces Autocracy.


b. Top notches from amongst the Lawyers and the Judiciary.

c. Civil Servants Hierarchy d. Educationists. e. Students and Researchers. f. Industrialists.


g. Religious Elite. 5. What can we do!! a. Democracy must keep functioning. Efforts should continue to enforce democracy

at grass roots level in all the organs of democratic dispensation. Violators should be made to face Article - 6 of the Constitution of Pakistan.
b. Avoid ostentation in all walks of personal and national life. This aspect should be

enforced by all Pakistanis ruthlessly.


c. We must distinguish friends from Friendly Enemies. Some institutional

arrangements need to be put in place to continuously evaluate and keep the public informed on this aspect. Learned ones should keep clearing the fog on this aspect making use of the all possible means at their disposal.
d. All arrangements of assistance and friendship treaties may be subjected to final

approval by the joint session of the Parliament.

e. Civil society besides providing continuous guidance should arrange to exert right

kind of pressure on the government and the opinion making segment of the society.
