WHO THE AICUF ADVISER IS An educator: He plays the role of educator. Knows how to instruct and communicate. He also plays role of decision making. Clarifier: Identifies the root cause of the problem and tries to understand the problem. He clarifies the problem and tries to read the problem. An analyzer: analyses the situation and collects the scientific data. Discusser: adviser becomes the involved discusser when there is discussion takes place. Interacting Communicator: interacts and communicates with the student leaders to reflect and reflects along with the students. Unifier: plays the role of unifier. He needs to be extremely careful when there is chaos in the movement. Organizer: sits with the students and plans with them. Plays the role of organizer. Synthesizer: Judiciously balances the activism and intellectualism. Co-reflector: Reflects with the students. Cooperating Collaborator: avoids misunderstanding. When there is misunderstanding he sits with them and has dialogue with them. Co-problem solver: ready to work with the students with all humility.
