1. Current Licensure as Registered Nurse 2. BSN + completed academic requirements for Masters degree in Nursing 3. One hundred twenty (120) contact hours, forty (40) of didactic and eighty (80) hrs clinical component of training in specialty such as gerontology, pediatrics, MCN, etc.

LEVEL III CLINICAL NURSE SPECIALIST

1. Current Licensure as Registered Nurse 2. Masters Degree in Nursing completed with an area of specialization either in Administration / Research / Training 3. Has attended continuing education program of 150 contact hours, (60) theoretical, 90 clinical sessions) of training the past two years 4. Community exposure 40 hours
